Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Thanet

Absolutely atrocious, me and my boyfriend come to this costa most days and have has good service today, we came through drive through and paid for 2 iced salted caramel frappes as we always do. we also get asked would we like “coffee and whipped cream” on our frappes and we always say yes, today we came and got asked about cream that was it. when we got them there was no coffee in them even though they are meant to ask if we do want coffee, and there was also meant to have the salted caramel sprinkles on which didn’t happen, my boyfriend went and spoke to the manager about it and was very unwelcoming, rude, and unpleasant to be around. we think personally for someone who is a manager should have a bit more pride when it comes...

Popped up at 5.10. Says on website closes at eight. Lights on but door locked and cones blocking drive through. Barely legible times on door which was locked.
