Delivery time fast (under the present situation we are all in ) quality of the food good . We ordered large kebabs which were disappointing due to the meat portions being small. When your paying £8+ for a large kebab you expect a reasonable/ generous portions of meat. last night we were very disappointed we have eaten from them many times in the past and have always had a good meal but the meat portions last night were small . Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas based on the fact that just eat says this place delivers to the address i am staying at. After waiting an hour (20 minutes longer than the expected time) i called the shop to ask where my order was, to which i was told that my order had been cancelled. This was a lie because i could hear the manager telling the lady on the phone that she had cancelled the wrong order, to which they then proceded to cancel my order there and then, and then told me that there was a system malfunction. Ordered buy one get one free pizza on 05/01/22 for Bradgate clubhouse. Ordered 2 meat feasts and waited 40 minutes which is totally acceptable.

When we opened the boxes I have never seen such rubbish that was served up. I have messaged the restaurant but no reply. Not only did we not get the meat feast but what turned up was not eatable. Took one slice and through it away. I wish I could post a picture because you wouldn’t know what it was.

We order a fair amount of food from there so it tells me that there isn’t no loyalty with the takeaway.
