Mickey's Diner — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

Was welcomed by a figure of an old man with a warm friendly smile, instantly o knew am going to love this joint. Next met with a big old parrot guessing it is a he. mr. P was gently shuffling along in his grand spacious cage. all this excitement before i even got to the cashier to order my coffee, the reason i stopped by in the first place, after driving back from Calais. after ordering my Latte i ask for a liqueur and the lady recommended my favourite DISARONO... had a small 30ml shot to keep me going... was heavenly ! did not try the food, it is a sage bet for an all day breakfast !! the decor is all american, with lots of curios spread across the walls, tables... i could have easily spent a couple of hours but was reluctantly out within 15 mins !

recently visited Mickey’s Diners and, overall, found the experience to be rather average. One particular concern stood out: we requested a simple substitution removing the egg and adding a sausage instead but were informed that while the sausage would incur an additional charge, there would be no deduction for omitting the egg. Given that the cost difference is only around 10p, this seemed unnecessarily inflexible.

Additionally, while the service was efficient, it lacked any real warmth or sense of personal engagement. There appeared to be little consideration for the customer’s perspective, which was disappointing. Perhaps this approach explains why the restaurant was less than a third full during breakfast hours.

A more thoughtful, customer-oriented attitude would go a long way in enhancing the overall...

Stopped here for dinner before taking my granddaughter home after our visit to "Kent Life Farm". So glad I chose to eat here.... I saw it on the way to the farm and as it was on our journey home it seemed ideal....Great choice of food, all reasonably priced and an extremely clean cafe and rest room....Food was plentiful and tasty.....There is a separate dining area where you are welcome to bring well behaved animals whilst dining (how many cafes offer that?) They have 3 pet parrots in there too, (in their cages of course), which amused my granddaughter as she'd never heard a parrot talk before 😊 There is good parking facilities, it's right next to a fuel garage and there is a TV to keep you entertained if need be....I would definitely dine here again if it's anywhere near my...
