Costa Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in Trafford

Costa Coffee really has lost its sparkle in recent years,but the Costa Coffee here has to be one of the worst!. The place just feels empty with zero character or friendliness. Young staff just going through the motions doing as little customer service as they can. No welcome, never mind warm welcome!. There are used cups and plates spread around,with staff not interested in tidying up, food under tables, mediocre selection of food on offer, obviously because there not keeping on top of ordering, the list goes on. I've worked and still do in the customer service industry for the last 35 years and all the staff here need to be retrained as they are doing the bare minimum,not interested in makeing customers welcome or happy just going through the motions waiting until there shift has finished....

Steer clear of this place!

Parking rip of in place! ... Confusing signs, when you ask Costa staff they say it's free and don't mention any restrictions which won't wash well when you get a £60 fine!

Worst still customer services can't be bothered putting up signs or engaging with parking company on behalf of their customers... because they don't give a rip.

Then they have so few staff on (one not on drive through) and if there's anyone ahead of you, your going to wait!

It's an absolute travesty I was so appalled at the state of the food that I had received it wasn't even hot it was warm which isn't what I wanted, the drink i got wasn't good enough i asked for a flake with cream and half my cup was full of cream and i wasn't given a flake i feel as I've been robbed as I paid £7:50 and it really wasn't it's a scandal of a place and the service wasn't at a standard in which a big company such as costa should have so i wont be returning to a costa branch...
