Flavours — Restaurant in Wakefield

A mixed review. The services was good and friendly enough. I asked to make my own breakfast as I don't like certain items, this wasn't an issue.

I had 2 slices of bacon 2 eggs 2 hash brown and beans with 2 slices of white toast and beans. Price is high although I will give that the rent is probably high in carlron lanes compared to other places. The best breakfast in castleford is Chefs Cafe at 3 Lane ends and the price is £5 compared to the £8.80 here.

My real gripe though is the quality. The eggs are really small with the thinnest white I have ever seen. The bacon seemed like it was cooked before and reheated on a grill or plate and is again very thin. Overall a measly and tepid offering...

Absolutely blown away by the service! Our waitress, a vibrant redhead with the energy of a Broadway star, was nothing short of amazing. She zipped around the restaurant like lightning—every table checked on with perfect timing. But what really made the experience unforgettable? She sang her way through the day! Humming little tunes, belting out a few cheerful notes between tables—it was like being served by the lead in a musical. Her joy was infectious, and it lifted the whole atmosphere. You can tell she’s the owner as she was doing pretty much every job going! Five stars, easily. Can’t wait...

Flavours in my opinion is an excellent cafe' the food and drinks are excellent and logistically it is well situated in Carlton Lanes and there is plenty of seating with quite well adequate room between the tables. It always looks clean and well managed with excellent staff who are always customer friendly and excellent at their work. A very friendly atmosphere that means everything with regular customers meeting up daily and weekly. All in all a great place to be. Well done Flavours you will always...
