Greggs — Restaurant in Wakefield

Don't go to this Gregg's between 11:30 and 13:00. You'll be in a queue going down road for 10+ minutes with only one member of staff serving and barely any food available. You'll be left waiting for sausage rolls more often than not, with no multipacks on standby either.

(EDIT 6/5/25) So the shop has been shut since Thursday with a sign saying "until further notice" on door and yet on Sunday and Today, the Gregg's App says they're open and accepting orders, but when you go to the shop, it's still shut.

Staff here are very polite, friendly and cheerful. Informative on stock as well as apologetic for not having one of the pasties on at that moment. They did have plenty of other options available as well as a good selection of sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and sweet options. Inside the store was very clean and well laid out, outside was exactly the same clean and well lit. Lots of parking around this area and straight outside.
