New Years Eve.. table booked for a time slot between 5pm to 7pm.. i appreciate it is busy on New Years Eve.. however we feel that takeaway orders were given priority as "Deliveroo" and "Just Eat" couriers were constantly collecting, while the diners in the Resturant were ignored. Our food finally arrived at 6.55pm, and in the meantime other customers were now arriving, and waiting to be seated for the 7pm slot. No sooner than our plates were empty, they were collected, with no offer of ordering desserts or coffee as basically they wanted us to leave as they needed the table for the next sitting. The people on the next table to us walked out after waiting the same amount of time as us only to be told at 6.50pm that one of their orders couldn't be made as they did not have the ingredients. Takeaway Review: Delivery driver was really quick and friendly. 1st time ordering from the Ali Raj Brasserie llanelli, via uber eat (had a £10 off voucher, when spending £15+)

Ordered a Chicken Korma, Chicken Biryani & Chips. The chicken Korma sauce was really nice, I call it sauce as it was a case of hunt the chicken. The Chicken Biryani sauce was far to thick and more like a tomatoe bolognese sauce, which made the Biryani far too dry and again it was like a where's wally picture, find the chicken.

The Chips were slightly fried for too long, which made them dry & fatty.

Overall, it was a very disappointing meal, such a shame as was really looking forward to having an enjoyable takeaway. Not worth spending £11.66 on (should have been £21.66 but had the uber voucher. But still feel at £11.66 wasn't...

I visited the Ali Raj a few years ago and the food was impeccable. I went there a few weeks ago and to be polite the food and service was absolutely awful. Our order was taken by the owner who joked constantly, lacked professionalism, politeness and common courtesy for lack of a better word! The restaurant floor was strewn with bits of food and dirty serviettes. The food was tasteless and obviously watered down... overall a very disappointing experience! I didn't complain or ask for a refund as I'm very aware of the financial impact the last 18 months have had on small businesses. My advice to the owner is take a leaf out of the previous owners book... I enjoyed many a fantastic meal there in the past and management were always polite and professional...
