Baglan Bakery — Restaurant in Wales

We were recommended Baglan Bakery by my neighbour who had used their party buffet services three times. My husband and I ordered a buffet for 40 people. The service and delivery was excellent, the food outstanding and we received numerous compliments from our guests on the standard and freshness of the produce. Lisa and her team could not have been more helpful. We initially booked for 30 but needed to increase to 40 about four days before the date, this was no problem for the team. Very disappointed with my first and final order via Just Eat today. Ordered a baguette, adding notes (without butter) clearly states no Butter on receipt, when delivered my baguette was covered in butter. Okay in fairness they did re deliver another baguette at 10.30 but my order was placed at 8.55am. Not very happy I must admit. Also ordered a chocolate ring doughnut, only to discover the doughnut was covered with cream, I do not like butter or cream! Paid £14 for 4 fathers day cupcakes and forgot to collect them, emailed the shop to say I’d forgotten to call in, Lisa replied and said call in for them. I called in and was told they had been thrown away! I left my number as requested but nobody called, I called in the shop again and didn’t manage to speak to Lisa, no calls as promised.
