Cafe Eighty Nine — Restaurant in Wales

Popped in for a quick drink while we were in the area , decided on 2 bottles of coke but seemed to wait a good 15 minutes to be served , the service seemed to be very slow , the staff looked like they didn't want to be there and were working slow on purpose, I have worked in catering all my life and the first thing they teach you is fast service and service with a smile, not being funny the attitude of all the staff at the cafe was can't be bothered which is a poor way to show yo the customer. Avoid if you want a quick and simple service or you could be waiting till next year...

Appalling, called in today, ordered a hot chocolate ( supposedly, Costa), and a cheese & tomato toastie, the hot chocolate, was like warm water, not even hot, no taste of chocolate, or anything else, I took it back to the counter, no apology, just we will make you a fresh one, they didn't, it was in the same cup, it was just the same disgusting , warm coloured water.
