Pausa Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Whilst in Dunelm we decided to have a coffee. On arriving upstairs we were met with a sea of uncleared tables, my wife cleared one for us to use whilst I went and ordered. The next couple arrived and had to do the same. As we were finishing our coffee we noticed every available table was littered with detritus, and the two young lads were standing talking to each other. My wife took it upon herself to remonstrate with them that surely they had better things...

Food is priced well and is nice however the service is so slow. Fine if you've got no where else to be. Numerous staff but just seemed to be one lady racing around on till, and getting food sorted. Inefficient to be just stood watching the coffee come out of the machine with lots of other tasks as I saw another lady do. Perhaps they're all having a bad day. I try and keep...

The food and drink was good unfortunately if the staff cleaned as they go instead of chatting behind the counter the cafe would have been a more pleasant setting waste food all over the floor tables not wiped clean all be it one young man doing his best it does make you think if this is what the front of house is like what on earth is the state...
