Not the best experience to be fair. As our last night to save on washing up, placed am order just after 6 for a 7 delivery. 7 o clock came and went, no way to communicate other than main desk number despite the order required or phone number so they coul let us know be late. The food to arrive just after 7.25 with no apology of being late. Tepid at best and like the food has been left on the hot plate too long, paying 3.09 for salt and pepper potatoes to be served black burnt bits of goodness knows what was not acceptable. If i could give 0 i would, small portions for extortion amount of money, ran out of rice which is fine if they could communicate properly but clearly none of them know how what customer service means, just stared blankly and said dunno like were supposed to settle for just noodles in an £8 box? Paid with two twenties for £23 bill and somehow they “forgot” to give change and when reminded said they already closed the till like that makes any difference, food was terrible. Terrible experience tonight. Firstly I was overcharged by £7.49 and when I challenged the staff he tried to argue it away saying I’d had an extra box ! Quite rude ! although eventually a refund was sorted by the manager. The food was all cold but most annoying of all was the potato’s and veg were burnt to a crisp (see photo ).
