Cinderbox Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

I normally come to this cafe and usually have no issues, however I had come in for lunch and it was fairly busy. The lady who served me was very rude. after ordering food I was told "right well you will have to sit there otherwise we won't find you in the cafe" not being able to choose my own table. I then asked if I could sit at the front as that is my preference as I am an oxygen user and prefer to sit with fresh air by the door. I was then told "well we are busy do you have a table number" at this point I didn't and was then told "well how am I supposed to know if you don't have a table number" and "we won't find you" to which then another lady who worked there chipped in and helped. Not as if the cafe is huge! Very abrupt and rude with no customer service skills. When ordering food I was continuously being cut off to get rid of me after ordering a drink I wasn't asked if it was anything else I wanted. Normally have no problem but today was on a different level, ordered my toast and coffee two rounds and flat white I got one round so I questioned it and was abruptly told I hadn’t even though I had been charged one waitresses was so rude she was interrupted by another waitress who was lovely and made me another one whitest I was trying to enjoy my coffee and toast the rude waitress I believe her name was Helen was talking about me to her colleagues I felt totally embarrassed and humiliated the nice waitress Debbie came over and apologised I did offer to pay if there was a short fall in money as that’s what Helen was slamming me for no customer communication skills...

Temptations is just a little bit special as the home of Richard and Adam Johnson from Britain's got talent. Adam used to work in his parent's cafe and more than once the boys had the rafters ringing.
