I love this place and all the staff.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to the amazing landlady and brilliant staff for making me feel welcome.

This pub holds a place in my heart. Not only was I allowed to relax with perfect pint but my dog was welcome too.

Words cannot describe my appreciation for the staff and wonderful landlady that allowed us to relax and rebuild my life.

My dog couldn't walk due to having poorly paws and they allowed him to relax and fed him I can't express my thanks enough.

I'm writing about the food (hungry cow) that we ordered from just eat. The food tasted good and it was edible however the portion sizes for the prize i consider way too high. We placed our order at 18:57 and it didn't arrive until around 21:35. We had contacted the takeaway several times and they were no help at all. We were highly disappointed with what food we received for how long it took and for how much it cost I wouldn't recommend unless you're willing to wait as...

a really pleasant pub, the staff are excellent especially Zowie ! you never have to wait to be served even if they are busy, she knows every one drink how she knows that is beyond me , always has a smile on her face , & a good laugh & at weekends she entertains customers with her dancing! a little gem of a bar maid , i can't stress enough of how good she is , come down to the George & enjoy a good night it is a pleasure to drink in there...
