Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Met up with family before a film, three people behind the counter, a couple were being served in front of me, was completely ignored by all three baristas, no hello, no I will be with you in a minute...then after waiting for about five minutes two people stood behind me in the queue and the barista completely missed me and asked what the people behind me wanted. One of the guys recognized that I had been waiting and informed the barista, no apology, I ordered my drink, and it was put in front of me without so much of a word or eye contact from the barista. Shocking lack of customer service, I would know as a former assistant manager of Costa at Cardiff moto.

Lazy staff dont wanna wash latte glasses in evening, so lie to your face every week different lie - either they only serve glass cups till 7pm, or 8pm, or 9pm, depending when you are there, different lie. Pathetic. Also whoever is on checkout never have an idea whats above their heads on offer posters, watch out how much you are paying!! 3 hours prior to closing you can only seat on half available tables because gates everywhere, a total joke. Bottom line: staff run this shop with their laziness and ignorance, not up to usual...

Used to love this place but today I queued for a ridiculous amount of time because two ladies had decided to jump the queue and none of the staff corrected them. Said ladies then behaved like fussy Karens and held everyone up. No apologies, no thanks for waiting etc. Nipped in for a quick drink, would have been faster to pop home. Sorry guys, it's definitely gone...
