CRAZY Pasta & Pizza — Restaurant in Wales

I ordered a meal for myself and my child, which included a kid’s meal, a pasta dish, and drinks. Although the delivery arrived quickly, my pasta was missing from the order. I immediately contacted the restaurant to inform them, and rather than taking responsibility, they blamed the delivery driver, claiming they had sent everything. I did not receive my full order, and am now out £10 of a nearly £25 order.

They initially promised to resend the food in 45 minutes but later refused when I offered to collect it myself. Their refusal was shocking, especially as I’ve been a regular customer. Normally, I’ve had no complaints about the food, but after this experience, they will never have my business again. I feel completely cheated and appalled at how the staff handled this situation. Their conduct was unprofessional, and they clearly lack basic customer service skills.

I would strongly advise against ordering from here unless you’re prepared to document your delivery meticulously, as they will insist they’ve sent everything even when they haven’t. It’s disheartening that a simple mistake couldn’t be rectified, and instead of valuing a loyal customer, they chose to disregard me. This establishment won’t survive long with such poor service, and I sincerely hope they invest in proper staff training before they alienate...

Fantastic food! For anyone sick of yet another kebab shop opening in the Mountain Ash area, this is the one for you.

The chicken is superb. Bursting with flavour. Great seasoning and sauces involved. Pasta is cooked fresh with lots of customisation available. Freshly cooked chicken wings that haven't been under the heater for 2 days! Great tasting waffles and shakes. Highly recommend the Nachos. Huge portions and rather salty Props to the big team inside working hard to cook all the good quality, generous portions of food. This might be our new go-to takeaway. Well done Crazy...

We do not leave many reviews for food but I feel I have to for these guys. Foolishly had a burger on the 1st visit and thought it was OK. But then tried the calzone weeks later and found that this is absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! Hot on delivery, fresh and tasty ingredients (sadly limited, will not complain though) cooked really consistently well. Since then have tried the spaghetti meatballs, amazing, and many times over.
