Pizza Time — Restaurant in Wales

Just put an order through online of a Large lamb donner, a medium mixed donner and 3 peaces of chicken, and boy what a waste of £30. Not only did the website input a large chicken Donner instead of a lamb like I selected, but also it was swimming in grease that it totally saturated the pitta bread! Not only that it was so hot that I could actually taste the polystyrene tray and the lettuce just wiltered down to nothing!! Not even my dog could stomach it, and that's saying something as she eats ANYTHING! And to make things worse the 3 peaces of chicken was rock hard and extremely dry that you could swear blind it's been standing under the lamp for at least 24hrs. So I won't be ordered from here again that's for sure. And no doubt I'll be sat on the bog for next week...

Though the pizza is usually delicious, I ordered a vegetarian pizza on 08.02.2023 which arrived at 7:30 pm with a chicken drumstick in the box. When I called I was told it was put in as a gesture of goodwill, on an order with two vegetarian pizzas. I’m allergic to meat. Luckily my boyfriend was able to swap with me. On the call I was told “we won’t do it next time” which as far as I’m concerned is not good enough. Putting meat into a vegetarian meal is by no means a joke or a gesture of goodwill. Amount of kebab and chips you get for your money is loads and tastes lovely and considering it comes from Abercynon to aberfan and food is still little warm is good only reason I didn't give 5 star is my kebab and chips still little warm but my pizza box was crushed and cold and pizza base was crunchy so in future I'd advise you invest in food delivery bags atleast then it keeps the food a bit warmer has for the crushed box tell your delivery driver shape up be bit more...
