The Navigation — Restaurant in Wales

The appearance as we walked in was not good. No lights behind the bar, the barman looked bored, looking at his phone all the time. There were 4 other customers, and when 2 left, it was back to 4 customers. The kitchen is advertised as open at the time we called. We weren't asked if we wanted to eat. Not offered a menu. If the chef was there, you wouldn't have known. Also, the radio playing out of the television was annoying, too...

Had a Sunday lunch and a lot of tea at the navigation, and can honestly say that that the Sunday roast is easily one of the best I have ever had. The beef was was melt in your mouth and there was so much veg and the gravy was immense, a real home cooked taste and the atmosphere was amazing and friendly, the owners were friendly and chatty, I can’t recommend the navigation for Sunday roast...

Asked for a vodka and redbull and was given a happy shopper 35p can of redbull and a shot of vodka and charged £4! Asked for at least a proper redbull at that price was told that's all they have! Total rip off and a joke!...
