Went for a birthday meal with 3 of my family members on a hot day. Appearance of the restaurant was lovely despite its location in an industrial estate and caravan lot. But the blonde girl with English accent taking orders at the bar obviously didn’t want to be there. Services makes an experience and this service was nothing but rude. She took my order and replied rudely “with what…?”, she was slumped over the till tapping her mouth with no eye contact and looked very put out taking my order, then she took my mothers order and rolled her eyes as she again replied “with what” rudely. We sat in the garden where the music was a little loud, we were the only customers and as my mother suffers sensory issues we requested that the music be turned down a little as we were struggling to hear one another and my mother was beginning sensory overload, the blonde ride waitress proceeded to turn the music up not down. I found the service absolutely disgusting and would never go back due to this. The valleys have many lovely people who want custom and deserve it more than this place. The rude blonde girl who intentionally turned the music up and then came to ask if everything was ok, you really should be sacked. Ruined a big birthday meal with my family....

Wow where to start!!! The waitress was cleaning the table and chairs when we arrived and doing a very thorough job and was wearing a face sheild. This immediately made us relax as we appreciated the effort to have a clean place to sit and eat. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is incredible!!!!! All freshly prepared and more food than you'd think. Our loaded nachos where the best we have ever had and the dirty burger unbelievable!! There was been, bacon and pork in the burger and you could clearly taste each bit of meat. The homemade chips were delicious. There is a bar here too and normally they seem to have evening entertainment which j hope they can do again in the future. We would definitely come. Do not be put off by the fact it's in an industrial unit. It is clean and well presented inside with a farm shop as well. I highly...

Not very impressed with the Sunday lunch I had. I know that I'm awkward as I don't eat meat and have a dairy and nut allergy. We informed them of this on Friday and once again on Sunday morning. I had vegan sausages which were hot and okay, three very small roasties and a small tray of veg (carrots/frozen peas/ broccoli/cabbage). I couldn't have the mash or suede as they had butter in. I asked if I could have a parsnip and they did give me one. The veg wasn't very hot and I could have done with more potatoes seeing as I couldn't have the mash or suede. The service was good and the servers were helpful. The room itself wasn't very warm, so it wasn't a great experience. I've had much nicer, bigger meals for the price I paid. If you're a meat eater you definately get a better deal here but the veggies/vegan no so...

This lovely place is a must. It's set in an industrial estate but dont be put off. When you enter it's really Village quaint with an open kitchen. A farm shop is also on site and the fresh welsh produce is great. They offer lunch and evening menu I have only had breakfast. It was delicious, fresh cooked and just lush. The sausage was yummy and flavoursome. The picture attached is the old farmer breakfast. The young farmers is larger but this size suited me perfectly.

Tucked away just off the main road between Treorchy and Treherbert in the Rhondda Valley this is surprise of a place ! Fresh fruit , vegetables, meat all locally grown and produced and excellent beers brewed locally ! Also a restaurant with deliciously freshly prepared meals ,open some evenings for drinks with occasional live entertainment An unexpected little gem of a place !

Consistently great! We’ve eaten here quite a few times over the years, especially the last few months and we never have a bad meal. It’s always busy and the staff are always happy. From breakfast’s, light lunches, main meals and Sunday dinners, everything is great and at a great price too! Book if you can especially if there’s a few people going as it gets busy. Thank you!
