Domino's Pizza - Chepstow — Restaurant in Wales

I had a horrible experience with Domino's in Chepstow.

They delivered expensive raw pizzas and oily wedges potatoes with remains of previous food... I have pictures of this.

I made a complaint by email with pictures attached and a lady named Nicola Elder of this store was replied telling that everything was well cooked and meeting the good quality standards...and me and more 5 people are wrong!

Dear Mrs Nicola Elder,

I told you by a private email and now I tell in public:

Really!?

Me and more 5 people are wrong when we have tasted the undercooked pizzas and that terrible potatoes with remains of previous food!?

Your best quality food was all on the bin because if rubbish meets a great standard for you and you like to eat waste for dinner...i just have one word...

As other reviewer said, Poor pizza! Nowhere near enough toppings, lukewarm & generally low standard food. Garlic pizza bread had about a tablespoon of cheese on 1 of the 4 pieces!? Female manager on duty at time was just....miserable! Didn't wash hands after taking money and a phone complaint before going straight to making up another poor souls pizza! Newport store is FAR superior to chepstow for quality. Well worth the travel from now on! All i can say with regard to the "owners"(franchise holder more like!) comment above is.....Chepstow Tesco sell pizzas with a decent amount of toppings AND they are probably warmer straight from...

Don't bother with this shambles of an establishment. Recently given a £25 discount voucher and a refund by head office (Franchise) because of a complaint we had to make regarding a member of staff. Rang up to order and use our discount and the same lady we complained about told us she would not deliver to our address, and refused to pass us on our discount. Clearly upset because her boss told her to overhaul her embarrassing attempt at customer service. Another complaint in, and a discrimination claim also with the Franchise owner. - Lady had what I believe to be a south african accent. Avoid...
