Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

I have been in quite a few times in the past few weeks and months. It's always the same situation: they never open on time, ever at 6 a.m., or if you go in later in the morning, there is always a queue out the door and only one staff member on tills where I count three till screens, not in use. Members always get my order wrong, and when I check the receipt, they either mischarge me or charge for a 5p bag that I never asked for (WHAT A CHEEK) and prioritise C&C orders over walk-ins. Management is below par and lets members of staff get away with murder. I have heard horror stories about this Greggs. I will never come in again or work for a company that takes take. AVOID...

First of all you're greeted by the cheap copy music they are playing, reminds you of when you went to poundstretchers !! There's noting on the servery to say how much you're paying, only chip n pin scanners and not asked if I wanted a receipt. I couldn't understand what the lady said to me when she spoke as she spoke that fast, I just nodded and said OK. Not worth a single star. I only used that shop just the once and never again. After standing in the queue for what seemed ages, as there was just one person serving, I was horrified to see the person serving, touching the rolls used to make bacon rolls with her bare hands, and then handling cash. What has happened to basic hygiene and use of gloves? Coins that have been in circulation for many many years have millions of bacteria and germs on them, and Greggs obviously thinks it is ok to pass them on to their customers. Remember Covid or...
