Absolutely discusted with the trefotest branch. Manager refusing to give her name after putting the phone down on me when trying to order pizza as she was busy. This is the third time in a row this shop has provided Absolutely zero customer service. I have a voucher on my account which they refuse to honour. I am so so so so so upset after being on this planet for 50 years and being smirked and ignored by a staff member is criminal. Very overpriced even if you use the "deals" . The website is intentionally confusing. Can be very hit or miss. On some occasions I have had good quality food. However the last two times I have ordered, on one occasion they forgot one of the pizzas, so one person had to wait for theirs or everyone else would have gone cold. On the other occasion the food took nearly an hour and a half to be delivered, and the pizza was very lacking on the cheese front meaning it was dry and was very overcooked. Very disappointing when you've paid so much. They then text me the next day saying apologies, have a free garlic bread with your next order. Will never order from here again. I received my pizza which came with additional sweet corn that I didn’t ask for. Upon calling the first time to complain ‘Damon’ said he completely understood as he’s allergic and wouldn’t be happy either and sent me another pizza which also came with sweet corn, I called again not to ask for anything but to inform them that the ingredients must be mixed in the trays to which Damon then replied ‘ that’s unavoidable’ what a poor excuse.
