Domino's Pizza - Tondu — Restaurant in Wales

I ordered a medium pizza for my brother in-law and a small pizza and garlic bread for myself. I found a hair in my pizza, and rang up to complain and was told I could have a full refund. Then I was rang up again, only to be told I had to send my whole order back and not have food (which my brother in-law had already eaten half of) to be able to get the refund, I was then offered (as most of the food was already eaten) a replacement pizza AND a complimentary drink as an apology of I sent back the pizza with a hair on. I then answered the door, and returned the pizza - the driver was very kind and apologetic, I have no bad word to say about him - but I had been given the replacement pizza with NO drink given to the driver. I understand that the shop may be busy but I ordered food and didn't get the quality I would've imagined - this being with the service and the food. So overall I was promised a full refund - which wasn't provided, and also a complimentary drink that never arrived. Will not be ordering from here again. Love domino's but Tondu haven't been a good restaurant...

Aboustley shocking ordered a delivery and one pizza was wrong so rang them up to have them bring me out another at first they wanted me to pay for another pizza then I spoke to the manger and then they rang me up saying that the person made the pizza right and they checked cameras so I told them I want a fresh pizza and told them they can take the other pizza back to show them that I wasn't lying and then the delivery driver brought another pizza and yet again the order was wrong again I tryed ringing them up and of course they was closed I will never be using dominos ever again from here the service on the phone he was very rude the manger was decent and the same as the delivery driver he was very polite, this isn't the first time they done this either but they blamed it on new worker which okay I get it can be very stressful especially on your first day but I will never ever...

Ordered £30 worth of food that was cold on arrival and of a very poor standard. Being a franchise you’d somewhat expect a certain base level but the last couple of times I’ve ordered for delivery from Tondu I’ve found the quantity of toppings to be sparse and the overall quality of the food to be low.

I paid for extra cheese and there was no difference on my pizza compared to my partner’s who had regular cheese. The chicken was flavourless and I wouldn’t bother with the fries - stone cold and tastes exactly the same as any supermarket own-brand fries.

Overall incredibly disappointing, won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again and if this is the standard of food going forward, I would imagine business is going to slow...
