Front Row Food — Restaurant in Wales

We visited the blaenavon site, the food was awful and took ages to arrive. We all opted for the weekday roast. Everyone else’s meals came out 20 minutes before my toddlers did, and when his did come out it was really dry, I couldn’t even give him the chicken or stuffing as it was so dry. My toddler was really upset after waiting so long and then everyone else having dinner before him. My toddler basically eats everything but this time stated that his dinner was “yucky”. The Yorkshire puddings were bad and really burnt. They messed up the order and gave us 2 kids meals instead of 2 adult meals and then put gravy on for the kid meal when I specifically asked them not to, they did rectify it but I just couldn’t believe how poor quality the food was. Awful waiting times. Don't go if you short on time. They started cooking my meal, a burger, aprox 15 minutes after i arrived and ordered. Then another 20 minutes wait. My break is 30 min. Basically no time to eat. No wonder people run towards McDonald's or Burger King. I understand it is fresh made but they don't understand people don't have plenty of time. They need to improve these waiting times or loose customers. Then, youll hear them asking people to buy local, use local small food shops or coffee shops without understanding why some local people won't be visiting again.
