Peri Cottage — Restaurant in Wales

Food is nice but if there's something wrong with the order or delivery they don't want to know and are quite rude about it. I called them after waiting for an hour and 15 mins after the told me 45mins to an hour. They told me he was just about to leave so we would be looking like an hour nd a half wait at the best and thats if I was 1st on their delivery route. When I questioned this I had no joy and was told that they can't do nothing about it and that its not their fault. Certainly wasn't mine so would have liked to known who's fault they though it was. The man was most unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. In the end I told them I didn't want the food. My order is usually £40 upwards as I order for a few of us. This money will be going on pizza, kebabs, Indian meals or Chinese meals in future as I will never order from them again. Worst customer service I have...

Shocking service, have ordered from these on a weekly basis for years, tonight they get my order wrong and refuse to replace a £3.50 burger, accusing me of lying to get a free £3.50 burger! Disgusting attitude from the so called boss, will never get another penny of my money ever again. Food has gone downhill lately anyway so not bothered, chips aren't the same crispy ones they started with, wings are tiny with hardly any meat on them. Will find a better peri place with decent human beings for staff rather than these...

Absolutely amazing I can't believe there are takeaway and owners are like this around come from leeds to delivery sofa in Newport area today looking for halal takeaway and I'm very very and very fussy with my food as I ordered one chicken grill burger and one pizza and the owner was soo kind he made me two burgers chips two drinks the price he charged me next to one burger price and the food was absolutely delicious It really was mouth watering I definitely will come again if in Newport area and I really strongly...
