Sorry to have to write this review but we just paid a lot of money for Sunday dinner and it wasn't good at all

The turkey didn't taste cooked it was slimmy and the beef was full of fat

We had veg which were green beans and roast potatoes were hard and tasteless we wasn't the only table who commented on this but for the money you pay I couldn't face to mention it to the waiter for the money you can't go wrong unfortunately it just wasn't for us we had many meals before in the evenings but this was bad today

We asked for apple crumble and it tasted like powder

This is the second time we've dined here and my mother has dined here 10s of times in the last year. We organised a surprise retirement meal for my mother which included 20+ diners. I gave the owner the heads up that my mother was one of the diners which is gluten and lactose intolerant. We were all served at the same time, food was hot, fresh and plentiful. What a lovely night brilliant staff social distancing was admirable and sanitation. Sanitizers on the way in which everyone was encouraged to use. The meal was exceptional 10 of us ate and not one person had anything to complain about. The goat curry was the best curry I have ever had and I have had more than a few lol. Bar staff waitresses and obviously the chef are brilliant. Thank you for a lovely evening. 10 of us 3 courses all for under £80 pound amazing !!!!
