It is with great disappointment that I bring to your attention an unsatisfactory experience encountered at your establishment. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes before placing my order. However, upon reaching the payment window, I was informed that only cash payments were accepted, with no prior signage indicating this restriction at the drive-through entrance.
In an attempt to resolve the situation, I was advised to place my order at the window and proceed inside to make the payment, with the assurance that my food would be ready for me once inside . Regrettably, despite waiting an additional 25 minutes inside the store, I was compelled to depart empty-handed.
In an effort to seek clarification, my partner engaged in a conversation with the manager, who provided various excuses, primarily attributing the inconvenience to the high demand from Uber Eats orders and staff shortages.

I was excited to see what this brought new to the table, and I was left disappointed. The service did not work when I arrived. 20 minutes to be served, I spent around 35 minutes there, and it was a constant line to the doors.
Eventually, we got my 2 breakfast rolls and no sauce, and the rolls wasn't what I'd normally receive as both rolls were cold.
