Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Visited this branch today and was served by a very surly young male named Tom. No eye contact, no manners, verging on hostile, treated me as a bothersome nuisance for daring to come into the shop and purchase goods and disturb his standing around. The shop was empty. Then he overcharged me, and when I returned to ask for the mistake to be rectified, he didn't even speak, let alone apologise for his mistake. Just stomped off to get an equally surly woman, named Kirsty, who was also not apologetic at all, and in fact resented me showing her the overpayment on my phone to confirm the overcharge, as receipts are not issued as standard there.Rudely dismissing me, between them, thier attitudes were so bad I felt I needed to make a point of reviewing this branch. I get it. It's Greggs. Mass produced, processed cheap food. But who doesn't love a Greggs, right? Well, today, me. My wife works close to here and raves about their breakfast offer, bacon roll, and a tea for less than £3? Well, I was in the area so gave it a go. Big mistake, ordered the Bacon & Sausage baguette. Not great, 2 little sausages, stone cold bacon, and a slightly stale baguette. Asked if I wanted Red or brown sauce, opted for red. Got halfway through before I found any, and then it was swamped!! I’m not sure if it’s Gregg’s or just eat that I should be reviewing but I ordered a fruit bag for breakfast at work as I am watching the calories. When all the food came, everyone else’s order was fine, but there was a note on the receipt saying there were no fruit bags in stock, which is fine, but look at what they replaced it with 😂 Gave all us girls in the office a laugh anyway…..
