The kind blonde lady at this Greggs made three portions of mozzarella balls for me before they were supposed to be available. Earlier, another lady had told me they were completely unavailable until 11 or 11:30 and would take 4 to 6 minutes, but I know they only take a minute and a half to 2 minutes to cook.
It's important for everyone at Greggs to continue offering quality customer service and remain kind and polite.
Not sure if the lady that refused me the mozzarella balls earlier has finished work as I’ve observed her leaving the premises, getting in her car and driving off with her Greggs apron on.
Health and hygiene rules are state you must take off your apron or any kitchen wear when leaving any cooking areas to avoid any cross contamination.
Update: the lady returned 15 minutes later, getting out of her car, wearing the same apron, walking straight behind the counter, taking off her coat and serving customers.
Who knows where she’s been wearing the apron that she serves...
