Went in for a sausage bean and cheese melt, however none were available. The lovely lady serving me named "Ffion" was kind enough to understand how distraught I was at this and recommended either a steak bake or she kindly let me know, with the tone of an angel, that there were more sausage bean and cheese melts ready within the next 5 minutes and she profusely apologised about the wait. Regular waits of ten to fifteen minutes at peak times, you can even wait over five at off peak. Seemingly due to lack of staff, but often you realise there is an extra member of staff who must be constantly on a fag break, or the worlds slowest baguette butterer. Absolutely not worth making yourself late for, even though the staff who do pull their finger out...
