Awful awful awful food. Ordered at 7pm on a Sunday night so why the meat seemed so dry and old I’ll never understand because really it should be a busy time? Came within 45 minutes to be fair but wasn’t particularly warm, lamb meat was dry and rock hard, had a mixed meat but only 3 pieces of chicken on it. No complaint was made to the restaurant as this was my first order there in over a year, a year ago they sent me the wrong food, I rang explained they sent it again, but again sending the exact same wrong order, rang back they sent it again, same thing again, exact same wrong order sent as the first two times. Popped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the prices what a different to what I pay in Cwmbran. Food was great I had chicken shish kebab with plenty of salad and garlic sauce and it was bloody lovely. Been using Istanbul for many years as we have found their kebabs and salad to be about the best around.
