Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

I was hungry and being vegetarian and nearly the end of the day, there Greggs veggies pasties were all sold out, but the reason for my 5* review is that the person serving me (sammy) went out of her way to ensure I had some veggie options available. She suggested that pizza (margarita) is almost ready and the new veggie pasty is just gone in the oven and can be ready in mins for me. Absolutely amazing experience and customer service. Sammy went further beyond and said that next time I am in the store she will make sure to have veggie options available for me. Honestly you don’t see this level of care and attention to detail for the customers at the end of the day! Specifically after what looks like a busy day...
