Joly's Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

I happened to call in to this cafe with my newborn because she needed feeding and I had food while I was there. When my food came my baby became fussy and one of the lovely ladies working there offered to hold her for me to eat my food warm. In the past, when I have been served, the food has been very good. Unfortunately, on the last two occasions I have had to leave after not being able to place my order after waiting 15 minutes.
