Never a problem with the food , but it took ages the past three visits , the staff seem miserable and the customer service from 2 staff there was non existent… as one guy just plonked the bag on the counter and turned his back to me as I was about to ask for something …. I took it as He seen I was about to ask for something and turned to avoid the situation… so I just left without any sauces ….. the second time it was a young female I actually got about 10 sachets of sauces with a bad attitude as she dropped them in the bag…. And the third time was just a long wait but the lady around early 40s was very apologetic and was very helpful with sauces …. But the overall impression is it seems understaffed , or the staff are unable to keep up with orders …. They are very busy even when it doesn’t seem too busy with customers … McDonald’s seems to handle the workload a lot more efficiently…. And the bad customer service is probably due to the frustration by staff that they are unable to cope with the way...

An elderly team leader said "The system has logged it" and the young manger came over and said "It's not logged in our system... Have you placed it another KFC?"

This is the Neath Valley... There isn't one for 30 miles.

We tried to place our order at the kiosk, team leader was silent, manger told us repeatedly to use self service, we went and done that... Then he let the people behind us order at the kiosk.

Ordered at self service, given phone number for customer service when we waited to collect the team member operating the drive thru told us to look for the number despite being given it on paper.

Got the food, warm and everything we ordered.

Expect KFC Reginal Office to fire everyone here in 2024 and replace them with worse staff like they've...

Recently opened kfc so would expect some teething problems but the problems here are A LOT MORE THAN TEETHING.

Went Monday evening. The machine to place your order wasn’t working. Had to pay and order with a guy at the first window who wasn’t in uniform and looked annoyed to even be there. Was told there was no boneless chicken available but I could order a wrap, took food home (2 minute drive) and the food was stone cold, the chicken had obviously been in the wrap for SO long that it had all congealed with the sauce. It was soggy freezing and revolting.

Definitely will not be eating there again. Every single thing there needs looking...
