McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

This store has been getting progressively worse since the introduction of MULTIPLE courier delivery drivers. You can never park in this car park now either because of these drivers.

I went in to pick up a tea & coffee with a 5 select meal, so really simple order.

The self order screens were all out of reciepts, 1 was broken and turned off.

I waited for about 15 minutes along with others that had clearly been there a while, one woman walked up to the cash till and was ignored while all the staff were facing away and bundles around the food bagging counter all talking together.

In the time I was there, 3 more delivery drivers came in and stood at the front of everyone else, dropped their bags in front of the pickup counter and blocked the whole thing while leaning over and calling the staff to ask if they could get their orders before everyone else that was waiting.

I eventually got my order, had to ask for milk & sugar

Then went over to the side counter and found there were no stirrers I then had to wait and try to get the attention of the staff again who were bundled around the food bagging counter holding empty bags and starring at the screens

For a simple order I was there for around 15-20 minutes waiting.

It's clear that McDonald's does not care about actual customers that come into the stores any longer and only the courier...

This Mcdonalds was really busy when visited. The card machine on the order screen has crashed, there were no serviettes and no tomoto ketchup in the pump. All pointed out to staff who didnt care and didnt address the issues. Whilst waiting for food, the place filled with teenagers who were reasonably behaved. One of them started to play music over the mcdonalds speakers but instantly stopped. The guy in charge came out shouting that if anyone did that again, they would all be thrown out There was an instant apology from someone but Dont blame the Teens for your own system flaws. I thought it was very unproffesional to tar all teens with the same brush. That guy needs some customer training. If people can gain access to your speaker system but you dont want that.... Sort it out then, it is your responsibility. Kust cause you have a security guy to back you, there is no reason to be rude to people....... And yes, i can guess you have had issues previously. Why else would a Maccys...

I order McDonald's every now and then and each time there is something wrong. I once had a burger that they dropped when bagging but just chucked it back in the box and threw it back in not assembled. It was a mess and disgraceful. And I don't always receive the order I only receive like 10% of what I actually bought. I'm not sure why this seems to be a problem as it clearly states what has been ordered on the screen and when I'm in store I see people come to check the order when bagging it before serving it yet the order still seems to be wrong or have items missing. I am very disappointed and by looking at other reviews this seems to happen alot. I've even seen staff messing around shouting things around at customers one night when in store. Now not All the staff are bad some are nice and polite but that won't make up for being unable to do the job your...
