Where is management ? For weeks now I have noticed the lack of staff. The staff that are running it what I can see are rushed off their feet everytime myself and family go to the cafe we have been served by a lovely Irish lady Brydie and Richard Morris who are the only staff there. Today there was an extra 2 people on but they left around 3pm leaving Brydie and richard to manage the till taking orders to then have to cook then put out cutlery and condiments, wait the tables, clean the tables, sweep and clean the floor and collect left food trays only to then have to go in the kitchen to wash the dishes. Read moreVisited Sunday staff walked passed till several times not acknowledging customers which was rude in itself. When I asked about food they weren't taken orders for at least fifteen minutes which is fine but why continue to take orders via the app. I then asked could I just pay for a tea and coffee ☕ which I received a rude reply no go use the app And she walked away no customer service busy or not staff should call management for assistance .. customers were leaving and were shocked at the staffs attitude. No manager available to speak to . This needs to addressed not good by any standard awful service...
Read moreSo I opted for morrisons cafe over KFC. Big mistake. I got minted lamb shank with mash and peas. The lamb was obviously microwaved along with the peas but the mash.... This was so dry in must have been stood all day and warmed up for me. There's no other way to get mash like that. It was disgusting. I should have know it was going to be no good when it came in a bowl. That right, lamb shank, smash and peas served in a bowl. Never again will I use...
