Table was dirty. No napkins out and only one ketch up bottle to share across all the tables. Payed extra for sour dough toast with poached eggs. The toast came out burnt and solid. When we lifted the toast up the bottom was black like they were trying to hide it. (Picture shows the lesser burnt side) Was not edible. Had to ask staff for new toast. Beans and eggs were cold by then. Poached eggs look nothing like pictures. They barely had any yolk and were tiny. Milkshake was nice but the tiny thin straw provided had pretty much disintegrated half way through drinking it. Some how the egg in the breakfast muffin had twice as much yolk as the poached egg on toast. One bite and yolk exploded everywhere. There is a reason why they pop the eggs on mcdonalds mcmuffins...
Overall food came to over 25 pound. Wasn't worth half of that. Would avoid the cafe. Clearly the menu is too wide for them to manage and they can't be trusted to not sent out obviously burnt toast.
