Ogwen Snack Bar — Restaurant in Wales

I am not sure who is responsible for what here. National trust or the snack bar owner. The snack bar has a range of food drink and ice cream and are not too expensive. Reminded me of a franchise on a railway station. Could have made money with outside tables and chairs and waiting staff. The welcome free toilets did not seem to be looked after during the day, ran out of loo roll in the ladies and needed cleaning during the day. The rubbish bins were over flowing and people were really trying to recycle but it was impossible. Need bigger bins or someone there to empty a during the day. Would have given no stars if possible. Locked out of our rental car which used a phone app and our phone ran out of battery. Asked the two women working there if we could connect to the WiFi to download app on another phone as no data In nountains. They pretended to go in the back and speak to someone and told us the manager said we couldn't use it. Closed the shutters in our faces. Left us in the the freezing cold and drove off just by themselves no manager to be seen. Had to call a taxi to where we were staying. Two unhelpful...
