Pantri — Restaurant in Wales

Went here this morning, only intended on having a coffee but the home made cakes caught my interest as soon as I walked in the door. I had to have one of these mince pies and a mocha both very nice. Then I noticed the sandwich menu and had to have the Christmas dinner roll in a fresh baked bread roll. It was amazing enjoyed every bite. The staff where very Friendly and helpful, it was nice to see that the cafe staff all spoke Welsh (I don't speak Welsh) but it was lovely to see the staff teaching some of the regular customers Welsh words. Oh my gawd. I found this place on Google - looking for a coffee shop to kill some time on way from merthyr (BPW) to Pembroke ferry. It was slightly out of the way.

But.

I tasted the nicest French toast I have tasted in 57 years of existence. Staff chose it for me. And I really really really enjoyed it.

I really was only expecting coffees and croissants. What a delight.

Just do it....

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mum and her friends who visited today. They called ahead and made them aware of dietary requirements (dairy and gluten free) and they were so well accomodated for with really thought out & well considered food.
