Plaza Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Wales

Absoultey landed we decided to make a change from our usual 2 places for our once a week Indian, this place really shocked us, greeted by very kind staff and even tho we had no reservation they still made room as it was getting busy, the food it's self was exsaclty what we wanted plenty of flavour perfectly cooked meat witch melted in my mouth, the outher half also had no complaints about the (delight) dish she had, I had the chicken tikka jalfrezi with chips and garlic rice, the blend of flavours where just perfect along with the kick that a jalfrezi should have, the price was a 39.69p and for the experience of a new place not knowing how it was going to go, it was worth every penny, and on exit of this great experience we where treated like royalty with the door open before we left and plenty of thank you's for the service, will be coming back with the family and...

Walked in and got cold stares. Instead of a greeting, the waiter just said 'Did you book?'. They hesitated a bit when they gave us a seat. So not a great start in customer friendly welcome.

After being seated, there was a Sunday menu and we opted for normal menu to spend more. Here's my rundown:

Then we ordered sheek kebab & prawn puree. Main courses were dhansak tikka curry dishes and tikka shaslik, 2 flavoured rices, side orders, keema nan and chips. 2 large drinks - unfortunately the quality was like the might before, chips tasted a day old, my curry was average. The rice was slightly flavourless, but overall edible.

"Destroyed our New Year's day 2023 at Plaza" A family of seven, we went at Plaza 7.30 pm on Sunday 01-01-2023 and a ponytail waiter received/served us with very professional and polite manners. we received our starters after 1 hour and 9 pm when we asked for our main, the owner of the restaurant Mr Anwar's replay to us so rude, lack of customer service and arrogant and the way he behaved to us that we can leave the place if we are not satisfied instead apologies and said to us that the main will still take times.
