Dog friendly, fabulous food, such lovely warm staff, havent felt that welcome in a pub for a very long time. Cannot rate them high enough. Call ahead when booking for food, they have a restaurant one side, a bar the other, and a marquee in the carpark. Ample parking for a busy place, also a beer garden although I didnt see that.

Nice place for a coffee in the bar area, which is usually quiet and more importantly allows dogs in there. Conveniently located at the edge of the Loughor Estauary Park.

What a lovely welcoming pub. We were staying just around the corner. It was our first holiday with our dog Baloo. Having never been away with a dog before, we were a bit lost as to what to do and where to go. Once we found out this was a dog friendly pub, we went in. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to some of the locals. Mark, and Mark, Linden, Yuri, and the owner who looks like a skinny Meatloaf (the singer). You guys were so welcoming and really made us feel at ease, and made us laugh, allot. Thank you for your warmness and your lovely acceptance of Baloo the dog. As mentioned the food is so lovely but we must say the peas and the potatoes were out of this world 😉. Thank you all for making out holiday. Kind regards Tina, Mark...

Took my son to watch the Manchester United game. Got told at half time we needed to move into the bar area to watch the rest of the game as they were putting the rugby on in the main dining area. Had no problems with this and we moved as requested. 20 mins before final whistle they turned the football off after assuring us we could watch it in the bar. No apology and when I questioned this I was told were a rugby pub and need to go with the majority, which I found hilarious as there were only 4 people in the bar and we were all watching the football. Furthermore we had planned to stay and watch the rugby and have a bite to eat. I tried explaining that the football finished before the rugby started but the lady insisted that the rugby had to be on...

Dog poo in the beer garden- This pub has been our local for 10+ years (not regular users just once a week if that). But since the new ownership in 2024, the multiple piles of dog poo left in the beer garden is simply disgusting. This has been on 3 separate occasions, 1 of which my son stepped in. This has forced us to venture to a different pub as of late. We usually have our own dog with us on family walks, hence why we call at at the Revs as it’s dog friendly; but not picking up your dog’s mess, let alone within a pub, is gopping! Please sort it out! Other than the main issue raised, the staff are very friendly, the pub has always had that cosy/local feeling, and the beer on tap is decent. A little pricey but...
