Rhyl Rugby Club — Restaurant in Wales

Went too the Rugby Club Rhyl Saturday 29th of August . Walked in staff who know me said hello as they always did. We sat down and chose our meal. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and one veggie burger with all the trimmings. We really enjoyed our meal as usual we then decided to have a coffee 1 cappuccino and a Diet Coke. We were then served our coffee by a very obnoxious waitress who basically through the coffee down and walked away no teaspoons or sugar. We didn’t say anything then but I tried the cappuccino to find I’d was basically a flat white I took my coffee back to the and said that it was not a cappuccino but a flat white. The lovely waitress called Jess took the coffee off me and started too make me a new one. Unfortunately the waitress called Karen decided to be abusive and stormed of to fetch a most obnoxious.rude old man who has no social skills at all who told me in no uncertain terms together out I found the experience very upsetting and I advise anyone who is thinking of using this place for a meal to avoid it like a barge pole . And these 3 members of staff need to learn some social skills ...

Went to a birthday venue there, never been to this place before, plenty of car space , building looks really nice, went in and there was a large room & Bar, plenty of seating to relax in there for watching sports on t.v. did spot a dart board there. Was a bit confused where to go for the function room. Bar staff was more than happy to help us where to go, thank you for that. Funtion room was very spacious. Bar in there as well, overall this a fantastic place to have some functions/Venue. Staff are very polite...

I really enjoy going to the Rugby Club, the staff are really friendly, Kelly remembers your name after your first visit. Their carvery is brilliant, it gets very busy on match days but, that is to be expected.

A group I have joined, for widows and widower's meet there every Monday morning and Friday Afternoon for a social gathering, the staff are lovely to us.
