As a regular, this is my go-to cafe in Pontardawe as the food is always excellent and quick and good value for money.
Recently, though, the food and service have been below their usual high standard. Some recent examples over the past 6 weeks or so have been meagre fillings in the panini and cold and inedible (raw onion, cheese not melted, dried out bread), food being sent back (which is embarrassing for both customerand staff), jacket potatoes which are still frozen inside, no side salad, poached eggs that are over cooked and dried out, forgetting orders, lack of stock and nearly always out of decaff coffee.

I hope you will take my review as constructive.
We will keep up our weekly visits and hope some...
Read moreWe love this coffee house and often call for late breakfast and are pleased you are open on Sundays now. Spoke to the owner and seems incredibly fake, seems like an unhealthy work environment for a minium wage. Food was dry and stale, you could tell it's been microwaved. The coffee is fine, the staff are clearly trying their best so no faults to them. Wouldn't be returning a third time though, so uncomfortable in there. Poorly accessible for disabled people as well...
