HORRIBLE STAFF - AVOID THIS PLACE

Woman behind the counter with black hair and tattoos gave me a load of attitude when I politely brought it to her attention she had made the wrong drinks for us. She refused to acknowledge any mistake and we were told “you asked for spiced rum. You got spiced rum. Now go away”. Was really shocked by this so I just shook my head and went and sat down.

She then came back over when I sat back down 10 minutes later and asked what my problem was, clearly wanting to start an issue. I just said “they were the wrong drinks, I don’t appreciate your attitude on this”. 2 minutes later we got asked to leave by security.

The ladies on the table next to us said they had only been there an hour and had watched this member of staff pick fights and throw out 3 people who didn’t deserve it and security was quite unnecessarily rough with them. They left with us and said they wouldn’t be drinking there again.

Drinks are £7.50 for a double to start with, along with terrible attitude from staff. Went next door to Allan Leonard Lewis and got the same drink for £5, much better atmosphere and service. I’d avoid...

Having read the reviews about the place was a bit weary about going in. I went in and was greated by the bar staff and made to feel welcome.
