EAT WHAT YOUR GIVEN !!! We've had your money so now couldn't give a damm.... This was my experience of ordering and trying to eat a meal here! Attended as part of a party of 14...... All the meals ordered were reasonable,(did not expect gourmet food just decent pub grub.) Spicy noodles were ordered with Cajun chicken this was £9.00.When they arrived they were actually plain noodles with a dollop of spicy sauce on top... Made the whole dish slimy and not as described on the menu! THE WORST PART however...... When spoke to several members of staff to explain my disappointment at what was served as really did taste bad.... I was met with, in my opinion poor quality management, and poor customer service. I was told repeatedly that they " appreciate" what I was saying but would not do anything or offer anything as replacement unless I paid for another meal. My experience has left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority here..... I would not slate the other food served but if anyone else had any complaints I don't think it would have made any difference..... Will spend my money...

Firstly we booked a table for 5, when we arrived it was a table for 4, I didn't book the table myself so give them the benefit of the doubt. How ever they said there would be a 10 minute wait, it was half a hour. We bought drinks and struggled to get the attention of the young lady serving as she was engaging in the local custom of trouser hoisting. The food was poor, the veg was done for speed and cost effectiveness, I suspect deep fried roast potatoes. I've never been in a food establishment and felt the need to spit food out before, this was the case with their stuffing. The meat and gravy however was beautiful, that's the one star. 4 waiting staff only one of which knew what she was doing and price £6.95 a head for carvery. I won't...

When I ordered my food the lady who served me was to interested in talking to other customers and staff members. When the food arrived my fish was burnt. I explained this to a staff member she took the food apologised and said she would have a word with the chef. She came back with the same plate and explained that the fish was gonna look like this as it was cheap fish. My partner asked if the bigger fish would be better. So once again the food was take away and for an extra £3 the bigger fish was made it looked lovely but the fish had to many bones in and tasted bland. I left the plate only quater eaten.
