First time visiting and will 100% be back! Popped in for lunch today we were warmly welcomed by a young lad behind the bar. We asked about having food and were shown the menu, we were told all the food is fresh and homemade: looking at the menu we found a great selection of dishes including vegan and vegetarian at very reasonable prices. We were also filled in on the soup and pie of the day. I went for the lasagna served with side salad and garlic bread. I was not disappointed. Food was piping hot, garlic bread was out of this world🤤lasagne perfect I wouldn’t have changed anything about my meal. My companion had steak served with salad and mash. Mash was divine. He had asked for rare, when cutting in to the steak he realised it was more on the medium side. It was delicious though so we didn’t say anything and carried on enjoying the meal. The staff were very attentive and realised there had been a miscommunication regarding the steak. The gentleman who took our order approached us and apologised for mixup he offered to prepare a new steak but we told him there was no need. Nevertheless a rare steak was prepared and brought to our table. Again a thank you to the staff there for going out of their way to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our visit. Would highly recommend and will be back for the Sunday lunch.

This place has honestly the best tastiest food you'll ever eat. Fresh , full of flavour, presented well , every meal I've had here tastes just as good as homemade, staff are amazing, great atmosphere, great prices

Only been open a few months, and as we had just moved here about the same time, seems a good fit. They also are the nearest to us that serves beer from the FelinFoel brewery. Nice beer, good old fashioned style pub
