A lovely local pub with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. This pub has a pool table and dart boards and has TVs around every corner showing football, rugby or just sports in general, great for sport enthusiast's. There is a large outside space with a large screen, plenty of seating and a log burner for those chilly evenings. There is plenty of car parking space. This pub also has a large Marquee which is used when there is a big event, which are always a sold out success! This pub is dog friendly and children are welcome up to around 9pm. The facilities are always clean. This pub is also available to hold your own personal event such as a birthday party or funeral wake, just speak to Zac (Landlord) or Mikki (Manager) who are always so friendly and helpful. Visited this sports orientated pub twice whilst staying at a camping music festival near by. Like most sports bars, 'don't talk whilst the football is showing'.

Only one real ale on tap and doesn't change. It is kept and served well, congratulations to the cellar person. The pub is clean, good friendly service and is dog friendly also had a reasonable paved garden area.
