I'm English and I love this place, but before you go there and start leaving bad reviews because the staff and customers started to speak Welsh the moment you walked through the door I thought I'd let you know they didn't wait until you came in, they were already speaking Welsh, because they're in Wales and they are Welsh. It's kind of like when you go to Spain and the locals all speak Spanish, kind of crazy that isn't it. Anyway back to the pub (I wish), it's a great place, the staff are great, it's out of the way of the high street so no rowdy crowds bursting in from the other pubs and I've always felt welcome. A little advice though if you are English, after you've ordered your pint or whatever and they hand it to you try saying diolch, you might feel like an idiot and might even mispronounce it but it's one word that they'll appreciate and hopefully it'll put a smile...
