Avoid avoid gave chance even after 0 rating and got a better rating. Two consecutive orders wrong. Second order told on phone I could have then told at shop I couldn't so waited for plum sauce and duck as told the char sui is HEATED without sauce, plum sauce only comes with duck. I agreed to duck in plum sauce. Opened container literally a tin of pineapple chunks in thickened sweet pineapple sauce. I called and was told plum sauce under the pineapple, we put the vegetable in (meaning the pineapple as no other ingredient)to fill it with something. I've had duck in plum and this was definitely not it. Staff very rude and no customer experience had some nice food up until a few weeks back. NOT GOING back. Cash only too! So don't go empty handed if you do. They also have no clue as to what allergens are in their food. I would like to give no stars but...

Absolutely Disgusting We recently had a takeaway from this place whilst staying in the area and it has to be said it is the worst we have ever had, spare ribs floating in yellow grease and more of that than source, the main course was no better as all you could taste was grease, totally vile and all ended up in the bin, girl behind the counter very rude and no concept of customer service, I bet if environmental health paid them a visit they would have a field day in that kitchen, awful experience and never again, do not eat anything from here, steer clear as all these bad reviews cant be wrong and trust me they are not, also wonder why that have removed the food hygiene rating certificate, begs...

Have been using this take away for 6 years Went tonight and was barked at by the young girl behind this counter saying only 2 people allowed in at any one time, I apologised and went back outside. I looked all around for any signage saying this but there wasn't any.. After a customer left I went back inside to be again spoken to like a piece of dirt by this 16/17 yr old behind the counter asking if I had ordered my food over the phone which I hadn't because I hadn't been in for such a long time due to lockdown. Due to the nature of this young girls customer service I said to the owner/cook they should sort there staffs customer service skills and wouldn't be spending my money in there...
