Yummies — Restaurant in Wales

I had a terrible experience ordering from here. I originally ordered 2 pizzas and some chips – both pizzas arrived burnt and my chips were missing. I contacted the store, and they agreed to resend the order. However, the replacement pizzas were undercooked, the meat feast had no meat on it, and one of them even had a hair in it.

When I called to complain, the man on the phone shouted at me instead of helping. Then, when the delivery driver came to collect the pizzas, he was extremely rude, asking “what’s wrong with them?” in a sarcastic way. He then left by saying, “good luck ordering from us again.”

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced – burnt food, missing items, undercooked replacements, rude staff, and even hygiene issues. I would not recommend...

Ordered food at roughly 10pm using the Yummies app. Had a late night with the kids because we were celebrating a birthday. 2 hours later, no food. Not even a phone call to say that they were running late. I call them at 12:15am to see when food would arrive to be told that it was on it's way. 40 minutes later still no food. So I call them up again. According to them, they had no order on the system yet I had the app tell me that the order was placed. So instead of taking a few minutes with the first call to check the system and tell me that the order didn't go through they say that it's on the way? I'm smelling some BS. Really disappointed cause now I have 2 hungry kids and a disappointed birthday girl. Shame as it's normally...

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over £70 of food to a simple address (sat back takes you straight to the door). Driver called up and said he was falling behind and couldn't find the address so call the shop for a refund. Called today and the shop owner angrily shouted down the phone that the driver although we never got our food, we still have to pay as they cooked it. Currently going through a bank chargeback just to get the money back. Absolutely disgusting service, and awful customer service. Don't get this with Yummies...
