Nafees in Walsall offers an excellent experience for anyone with a sweet tooth or craving for traditional bakery delights. During my visit, I tried a variety of sweets, bakery items, and a cake—and everything exceeded my expectations. The sweets were fresh, rich in flavor, and had that authentic taste that’s hard to find elsewhere. Each piece was well-prepared and not overly sugary, which made them even more enjoyable. The bakery items, ranging from savory snacks to fluffy pastries, were equally impressive—freshly made, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. It’s clear that quality ingredients and care go into everything they make. The highlight, however, was the cake: moist, beautifully decorated, and deliciously indulgent without being too heavy. Whether for a celebration or a casual treat, it hit the mark perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shop itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see such consistent quality across all product ranges. Overall, Nafees Walsall stands out as a reliable and high-quality spot for traditional Asian sweets and bakery items. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying experience.

Mithai has been fresh each time I've had it the mixed gulab jamun box is good and so is the special mixed mithai box, kheer is nice, sewiyan are nice, their rasmalai is a bit disappointing actually, I don't like the fact that the jalebi is on the counter and left mostly uncovered where everybody can cough and talk on it therefore I've never bought their jalebi. Vegetable samosas are nice, not tried the meat or chicken ones so can't comment. Their orange juice machine is never on which is a shame. Good shop and so far so good customer service. Recently tried matilda cake from here was nice.

Staff need some training to speak with customers and prices are higher than Birmingham branches.

Nafees Bakery offers high-quality products, and I particularly love their Ras Malai. However, there are areas that need improvement. The shop is extremely small, making it difficult to navigate, especially during busy times. Additionally, the staff could benefit from better training. I had a disappointing experience when I requested a simple "Hajj Mubarak" message on a cake, but the spelling was incorrect and the writing was messy. Overall, the bakery has potential, but there are some aspects that could be...
